BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you will expand A2’s presence in the South Florida region by generating new sales opportunities and maintaining client relationships. This role focuses on identifying potential clients and promoting A2’s building envelope consulting services.

Location: South Florida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and clients.
  • Execute regional marketing campaigns and attend industry events.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals and report activities to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated – self-starter and team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry and/or engineering/architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading CRM software platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
