Position Summary: As an Inspector/Technician at A2 Consultants & Engineers, you will conduct building envelope inspections, perform field testing, and assist in project management tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing support to the Consultant and/or Engineer.

Location: South Florida

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform building envelope inspections and field testing.
• Draft inspection reports and field test reports.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Support project documentation and data management.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to update them on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Motivated – self-starter and team player.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Bluebeam or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, or recent graduate with a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
